A member of the executive management team since 2001, Portland guides and manages TBG’s three operating segments: Global Management, Asset Management and Property Management. As a leader committed to TBG’s continual growth and development, Portland plays an integral role in driving business strategies, maximizing financial results, and increasing asset performance.

Portland received a BS in Accounting from CSU Fresno.
