PB3 LLC TBG owns approximately 3 acres in the Marina Arts District at 4204-4230 Glencoe Avenue. TBG has successfully designed and entitled a 150,000 square foot office complex that includes 1,500 square feet of retail. The proposed office buildings have been designed with a focus on health and wellness, as well as abundant landscaping. Amenities will include: touchless restroom fixtures, privates entries, exterior stairways and corridors, and an open air parking facility.
