owns approximately 3 acres in the heart of Marina del Rey at 4204 Glencoe Avenue. TBG has successfully designed and entitled the largest mass timber project in Los Angeles—a 150,000-square-foot office complex that includes 1,500 square feet of retail. The office buildings have been thoughtfully designed with a focus on sustainability. On-campus amenities include expansive indoor outdoor areas, with over one-third of the site dedicated to lush landscaped usable outdoor spaces. Additional features include private entries, an onsite café and valet parking services in an open-air parking facility. TBG owns five parcels- all slated for future redevelopment- at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Lincoln Boulevard in downtown Santa Monica. Redevelopment of these properties will take place in 5-10 years, with the aim of maximizing best use of the parcels.
